Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-help 1 is the foundation of the Jin Shin Jyutsu practice. You’ll get to know the basics of Jin Shin Jyutsu and brings you relaxation, energy, and balance.
The course is designed in a way you can immediately apply it in your own life and start to create your own practice.
The training is full of knowledge both for your own as for your professional practice. It’s created as a basic training, accessible to everyone bringing you in-depth inside in JinShin Jyutsu philosophy and practical application.
After this training you’ll be able to help yourself or your loved ones with simple hand positions and flows. Really having health and happiness at your fingertips in every moment of your day or night,
It’s an online training program of 8 weeks. You can emerge yourselves in the course on a weekend or go week by week. This is totally up to you. And of course you ca go back to it whenever you like to see and discover new things you may not be aware of the first time you go through the course.
The course is based and uses Selfhelp book 1 of Mary Burmeister, which you will receive at your home address.
