Easily support your immune system
Often people ask me if I use vitamins and minerals to support my immune system. And yes I do. In March 2020 I read an article by Lynn Mc Taggart about 5 basic vitamins to keep our immune system strong. Her article notes that Dr Downing and other physicians from the International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine urged preventive supplementation to ‘prevent or minimize symptoms for future viral infection,’ including the coronavirus.
- Vitamin C: 3000 mg daily, in divided dosages
- Vitamin D3: 2000 IUs daily
- Magnesium: 400 mg daily (in citrate, malate, chelate, or chloride form)
- Zinc: 20 mg daily
- Selenium: 100 mcg (micrograms) daily
So since March, my family and I are on this easy vitamin protocol to stay healthy and strong. Not always daily☺️, but at least a couple of days a week.
Strong immunity is part of staying healthy and happy, not only physical but also mental and spiritual.
